Your documents
Files you upload are stored encrypted, are never public, and are auto-deleted automatically within a few hours (both the upload and the converted output). We don't use your documents to train any model.
How conversion works
Documents with a text layer are parsed on our own servers. Scanned pages and images are run through OCR: Fast OCR runs entirely on our own servers, while High-quality OCR sends the page image to a third-party OCR provider (Mistral AI) for processing. That provider processes the page to return text and does not use it to train its models.
Accounts & payments
Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito (email/password or Google). If you buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

- Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases.
